As the Lead Principal for the Thames Kauaeranga Kāhui Ako, I am very proud to represent and work with a motivated group of leaders to strengthen the educational pathways and opportunities for all of our young people in our area.
I am the Principal of Pārāwai School and work with the Tumuaki/Principals and Kāhui Ako whānau to work towards our common goals and aspirations we all have for the people at each of our kura/centres.

Tumuaki/Principal Leaders
Our Kaihautu Steering Committee are made up of all Tumuaki & ECE Leaders who meet regularly to organise planning, manage our strategic direction and guide the mahi of the Kāhui Ako. We are further supported by two Support Tumuaki who either work on specific aspects of our goals or support the wider foci of the Kāhui Ako.

Learning Support Coordinators
Our two fabulous Learning Support Coordinators work across all of our nine kura and ECE centres. Our LSC's work directly with schools/kura, tamariki & whānau to support and strengthen learning experiences, remove barriers to learning and offer support in a range of capactities.
